Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) is partnering with Hartford HealthCare Senior Services to sponsor a free educational seminar to help members of local community understand Medicare options.
Marissa Hiebel, a Medicare Educator for Hartford HealthCare, will cover topics such as what Medicare is and how it works, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, Prescription Drug Plans, when to enroll, and how to choose your Medicare plan. Caregivers and family members are also encouraged to attend.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, March 5, from 5–6 pm in CHH’s Memorial Building Conference Hall, 540 Litchfield Street in Torrington.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
