Andrew performed his undergraduate training at Quinnipiac University graduating summa cum laude and earning his BS in 2007. Upon completion of this degree he earned his MHS from Quinnipiac in 2009 in physician assistant studies.

Andrew has been practicing as a physician assistant for over nine years in emergency medicine and orthopaedics. His orthopaedic tenure began in 2012 when he worked at Yale-New Haven Hospital and for Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists. He joined the Connecticut Orthopaedic Institute in April 2017 as Director of Operations and is currently Vice President. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and is a Past President of the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants (ConnAPA).

Finally, Andrew continued his medical and business training by obtaining his MBA in healthcare administration from Quinnipiac in May 2018.
