This place wasn't a good fit for me because they are unfamiliar with my 2 rare diseases. . She lied to my insurance and told them my urine screening had street drugs in it and it does not. I received the results via email myself. She's been reported to public health.

Informed Consent complaint is met with, nobody calling me back. That speaks volumes. I filled out the survey and nothing. Even the office manager is ignoring this. Moving along to Christy Zarlengo and then HHC compliance line. Informed consent not happening for a Butrans patch is horrible. It also means the consent form goes in the shredder. Honesty is met with lies-
