My 94 year old mother was a patient of Dr. Kramer. She was at her primary care doctors and had extremely high blood pressure. They called Dr. Kramer to get her in there immediately and the Dr's office was told they would NOT see her. She was brought by ambulance instead to John Dempsey (UCONN) Hospital. The next day the hospital called Dr. Kramer also in Farmington, to tell them their patient was admitted, and did he want to come by and see her. We were told he again told them NO. Since that time he has never called to check on my mother.( his patient). Dr. Kramer should be ashamed of himself. When his patient really needs him he can't be there and doesn't care. Rest assured, he is no longer her doctor.
