Dr. Klapper answered all questions and reviewed how to use the menu on the CPAP machine. I'm not tech savvy and reluctant to try to mess with the machine.

I was called almost 3 months ago to schedule a sleep study and get a phone call today that it needs to be rescheduled. When asked when the appointment would be as I it was already months out when originally scheduled, the not so friendly reception says well you'll be going into August. This is horrible. Cancelled my appointment with Dr Klapper and will be going to find an office with better customer service to start with. Can't complain about the doctor because I didnt even meet him but I dont want to deal with medical offices with rude front desk. You are the first and last impression. Do better!!!

Second update: Right after the last update, i was able to get scheduled in for an appointment within the required timeframe. It sounds as though the office is a bit overloaded at the moment, so I'm hopeful that this will continue to improve. Update: Dr. Klapper was indeed able to interpret my results after several weeks. I was prescribed a machine that requires physician followup within 30-90 days. My appointment that I was able to get several weeks ago is 95 days out. After almost a week, I've been unable to get in contact with his office after repeatedly calling and messaging. Original review: Dr. Klapper himself seems like a great person and doctor from the little that I've been able to interact with him. I may end up revising this review up higher. Unfortunately, there was a 3 month wait for an appointment initially, I was recommended an at-home test with a provider that took 2 more months to send me the equipment, and I am now being told it will be another 4 months until I can see the Dr. again to interpret the results. I'm sorry, and I want to stay respectful here, but it shouldn't take 9 months from being referred to get a diagnosis that I snore! My general practioner is able to answer within a day, but I haven't been able to get Dr. Klapper's attention for 1.5 weeks so far since my results have come in, and apparently I may need to wait 4 more months? This is absurd.

Dr Klapper reviewed and explained my results. He offered my option’s to treat my sleep apnea that would work best for me. He answered all my questions and discussed another option if the one I chose was not right for me
