Dr. Machado is very attentive and responsive. It seems that every visit, something in my meds needs adjusting. He customizes and makes adjustments for whatever I'm experiencing while understanding and respecting why some treatments would not or do not work for me. The past year has been quite challenging for me and involved consultation with other MD's, who worked in tandem to determine the source of my problems and to address them. Dr. Machado with his usual kind professionalism, adjusted my appt with him so we could have a full hour one-on-one after I wrote to him to explain what had been happening. He and the office staff then offered to see me between regularly scheduled visits this summer. On my most recent appointment on 10/10, he expressed the same concern and desire to provide consistent symptom relief, and we decided on a new course of action.
