My husband sees Dr.knopp for severe back pain. Dr. Knopp is very knowledgeable and understands how pain can affect quality of life. He listens to you and will give you honest answers.

Dr. Knopp has become an important part of my pain management care team. I initially had some doubts because I was more familiar with traditional, invasive treatments. However, his osteopathic manipulation approach addressing specifically my headaches has made a meaningful difference in managing my headache and neck pain. What stands out just as much as his clinical approach is how he treats his patients. He is consistently compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when dealing with ongoing pain issues. I genuinely appreciate the care he provides and feel fortunate to have found a doctor who takes both an effective and thoughtful approach to treatment.

Dismissive and unethical. After I left his office after 2 appointments and found someone who’s educated with my two rare diseases he told insurance my urine screening had street drugs, in it. My new pain mgmt APRN didn’t find that when she tested.

Dishonest about side effects- Luckily my pharmacist intervened and disclosed heat warnings plus 3 of my medications don’t mix with his patch. He doesn’t know what myelomalacia is. How can you treat something you’re unfamiliar with?

Dishonest on so many levels. Why lie about my drug screening to anyone when I can show it to them? Why would a physiatrist do that? He's retaliatory if you don't use a patch he's pushing. It collides with 3 medications this website won't let me list, plus it increases cranial pressure. I have things that this website won't allow me to print. I left and found a wonderful clinic in Wallingford who also does drug testing. I've had no issues with the test and she refilled my prescription. Honesty matters with me. He's unethical.

Awful personality. He dismisses what he doesn’t know about which is troubling. It one option or no option. I found an amazing APRN in Wallingford who drug tests me once a month and understands I need round the clock relief. He wasn’t a good fit for the maladies I’m enduring that are chronic and progressive. I need compassion not attacking.

I was offered only one option. Pharmacist intervened because of medication interaction(s) not disclosed in consult. HHC administrative office staff called to confirm I should not use it.

Dismissive, doesn’t care if the side effects would be disruptive. The nurse lackey failed to disclose heat warnings on their patch you can’t say the name of or the review won’t post.
