Jie Yang, MD, PhD, is a hematologist/oncologist on the Backus Hospital medical staff. She earned her medical degree from Peking Union Medical College and a doctoral degree at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where she also completed a fellowship in medical oncology. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Medical Oncology and Hematology. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
