Dr. Carcione made assumptions about me after reviewing my medication list and focused on my psychiatric history rather than objectively evaluating my neurological symptoms. While I was visibly crying, I repeatedly explained that I couldn't look at him because it would make me cry, yet he repeatedly told me to 'look at me because I'm speaking,' which triggered my PTSD. Had he reviewed my chart, he would have known this. His note later described me as 'irritated,' when I was clearly experiencing fear, anxiety, and a fight-or-flight response. I was also concerned that the clinical note documented examinations that, to the best of my recollection, were not performed. I left feeling dismissed, stereotyped, and emotionally harmed rather than listened to or treated with compassion.

Amazing Doctor! And I’m very critical because I do a lot of research in medical journals.I’ve seen him for a few different ailments, and he always listens and works with you to figure out even rare cases. He always follows through and will go out of his way when needed!
