Kaitlyn was very helpful. She explained everything clearly. She listened and took account of what we had to say. We needed to know whether my mother could fly and Kaitlyn went out of her way to make sure we had an answer before we left. She also provided us with a letter confirming that my mother could fly and arranged for us to have a paper copy before we left. It turned out that when we tried to check in for our flight, the airline might not have let my mother fly that day as the airline had to make themselves comfortable that she was fit to fly. If she didn't have the confirmation letter from Kaitlyn, the airline may not have let her fly that day. My mother was very happy with her visit to Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn is very professional courteous and kind and definitely has a vast knowledge of her position. She is definitely an asset to Dr. Cavalcante and his team. She made me feel so comfortable. It was definitely a pleasure being treated by her.
