Unfortunately , i'm here to write a very bad review of this place. I had an accident where I was hit by a drunk driver, and I needed a reconstructive surgery and I needed a good faith estimate by a certain date to bring to court. I gave Dr.Mcguire's office over a month to write this good faith estimate, and they forgot about me. When i was very upset by this, they told me that they could no longer see me. I highly recommend staying away from Hartford healthcare as their providers just don't care about their patients.

I highly recommend choosing Dr. Maguire for your plastic/reconstructive breast surgery needs. This was my second time having a breast augmentation done by him. From start to finish the entire process was very seamless. His team in the office is absolutely wonderful. The nurses at the hospital were top notch. Dr. Maguire's many years of experience are very apparent. He is professional, kind, and listens to what you want. I’m so grateful to have found him over 20 years ago. His work is truly the best, and for the second time he has given me the perfect results I dreamed of.

So thankful to have met Dr Maguire and Breanna Cavanaugh @ Backus Reconstruction/Plastic Surgery in the Backus Medical Office building. Making appointments is quick and easy, not booking to far out. The staff always demonstrates excellent customer service, and the doctors are extremly thorough in explaining and helping patients to understand what to expect. I used to joke that I was a perfect candidate for that show Botched- but not anymore! Dr Maguire fixed an asymmetry that Ive embarassingly concealed for the past 10 years. I'm forever grateful, and confidently hopeful that continuing to undergo my reconstruction at Backus Plastic Surgery will continue to be a 5 star experience, every time.

Absalutley love Dr. Maguire. He did a panniculectomy with fdl this past summer. He is patient, attentive and addresses all your questions and concerns. I will always chose this surgeon for my plastic surgery needs.

After my first reconstruction surgery was a failure, I turned to Dr. Maguire and he did so much more than the first doctor even thought of. He gave me my self confidence back and changed my life for the better after losing hope. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of his type of help. You won't be disappointed.
