Dr.kaur and her staff are EXTREMLY OVERWORKED, AND UNDERSTAFFED. They tell you this EVERYTIME you reach out for care. They will make it YOUR problem as the paitwnt, that there not ataffed properly and cant offer proper medical care. They will take you on as a new patient. But then when it comes to follow up care or a treatment plan, they will cease to exist and refuse to communicate with you. Then roughly 10-15 days later. They'll communicate with you, but still not answer ANY of your questions. PLEASE give Dr.Kaur and her staff a break. They severely tired and dont know how to communicate with there patients or superiors.

I go to see Dr.Kaur every 3-6 month's. There has not been oone time that I had a bad experience. I am always treated with respect my concerns are always handled and the staff is always helpful as is Dr. Kaur and Alyssa Greenleaf along with the nurses that handle the phones, if I ever have a problem they call me right back with the answer. I have even give a few friends of mine Dr. Kaur's office number yrs back and they are still seeing her. I have been a IDDM for 52 yrs. With no complications that should tell you what a great Dr. Dr. Kaur is.
