If i could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist Nelly is a huge liability for his office. She lied to me about the number of missed appointments I had. When I confronted her on her lack of communication skills. She escalated and called security on me. Turning a completely normal situation into a dangerous one. For anyone who's booking with this doctor needs to be extremely careful of seeing this provider. Thankfully when security confronted me. I calmly told them the receptionist was out of line. They understood and left me alone automatically. As if theyve dealt with false reports from that receptionist in the past. The level of indifference and cruelty the receptionist had was truly frightening. I advise all patients to steer clear from the office. If they dont want to be treated like a number and shooed away arbitrarily. I will be filing formal complaints with the department of health and all concerned advocacy groups because of the mistreatment I had to endure.

I cannot recommend Dr. Grille highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you are met with a warm, professional, and incredibly efficient staff. Phenomenal person with compassion who truly cares about his patients and (most importantly) is actually great at being a doctor and works hard to diagnose and solve issues and problems people may be dealing with.
