Olivia is wonderful. I truly appreciate not just her expertise, but her dedication. As busy as I know she is, she regularly checks in via EPIC messaging, and in the background has continually made efforts to get me the best treatment she can despite the difficulty that my new insurance has given. She is really a wonderful provider that I feel HHC is very fortunate to have on board!

Doctor Olivia was very good. My only complaint with the process is that I'm not seeing a nutritionist until January and my appointment was. In augusthat needs to be coordinated better.

I've had a couple of rounds of PT through HHC at home. Special shout-out to Kate and Steve. They are both very knowledgeable and personable. They really worked with me and challenged me - didn't just watch me do exercises

For the short time that my grandmother was under their care, she was visited by four nurses. Three of them were great, but one going by the name of Hellen, was not as good as the rest. She didn't properly sanitize everything and used the same pair of gloves for the entire process of switching out bandages as well as setting up the Wound-Vac. Hellen also didn't want to try and work with us around a schedule and then after talking with us, told us that she was never coming again with a sense of attitude and lack of understanding. Our interactions with her caught us off guard, but at least there was a silver lining for (Hopefully) both parties. I'd recommend them since many of the nurses were easy to talk to and knowledgeable of taking care of loved ones, but be careful with Hellen. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with them for the short amount of time I spent with them.

Dr. Witmer and his team are awesome!! They work well together making the whole experience go smoothly. They were right on top of everything, anticipating the next step and being ready to take me through it. Once in my recovery room nurse Lindsey and nurses aid Jackie were very attentive and had all the information and care I needed. Thank you all very much, I recommended you to a sister thats having her knee done but she has someone she’s comfortable with. I would recommend your team to anyone I care about!!

Jennifer and Marlene were wonderful caretakers at home! I hada right-knee replacement And they cheered me on with my PT and everything else . Very Professional and helped me get through all of the PT at home for the two weeks. I would recommend both of them for any need at home.

Things were slightly rocky over the July 4th weekend with HHC at home after my TKRL, which is understandable. Everything went perfectly come Monday, though! Christina was wonderful! She was encouraging, friendly, and suggested how to do certain things that would help with range of motion. Really enjoyed her visits.

I disliked emesely the first PT woman, Elizabeth!!! She was rude, mean and disrespectful!!! Never had I had someone like her and never will. The other PT young lady was great, Christina. Knew everything about the exercises and the body. Not to over do. Loved her!!! Now Kelly the nurse was real nice. Knowledgeable and informative. Loved her too.

Everyone was professional and helpful. Akex, my PT showed me some very helpful ideas to perform some household tasks with less pain and some exercises to do. My Social Worker was understanding and very supportive with good suggestions. The kind lady that did the evaluations was thorough and helpful. My overall experience was very positive.
