Dr. Kirsten is always very personable, helpful and thoughtful. No major changes had to occur that he was clear and did not make me feel rushed at all. He will also make accommodations if needed in the future.

Doctor was excellent, gave me more confidence than previous appointments with mid-level providers

I like the staff, including the doctor. It's just impossible to get through to office and Dr. Kershen schedule is crazy. When it is necessary to see him, you need to schedule way in advance and hope you don't need to reschedule. Maybe all urologists are like this.

Dr Kershen reviewed my urinary issues and previous tests. After some discussion, he advised me as to what we should do. We talked about what would be most appropriate and what may be of concern. I found the visit to be very informative and thorough. I would recommend Dr Kershen to anybody needing urinary medical care.

I had met with Dr. Kershen twice prior to my procedure. At those first two visits he seemed concerned for my well being, he had explained my options. I opted for an in office procedure, it seemed to be the least invasive. Before the procedure Dr. Kershen told me he would explain everything he was doing; he did not. During the very painful procedure he showed no empathy. He lost his patience with me. I was not given any aftercare instructions when I left his office. I felt violated by the time the procedure was finished. I did file a grievance; they basically just tried to explain everything away. I had never been treated so harshly by a doctor prior to Dr. Kershen.

Dr Kershen is outstanding. I travel over a hour each time to see him. The telephone system and hoops you need to climb through to get through to this office leaves a lot to be desired.

I've been to too many urologists but Dr. Kershen is by far the best experience I've had. His nurse assistant made a very unpleasant test comfortable.
