Ryan Mansi is amazing. He clearly knew my issues before he entered the room, and his probing questions and listening skills were awesome. I am a retired English teacher, from Manchester High School, and watching his skills of questioning and understanding, his ability to focus on details and suss out understanding from the details and communicate their significance to my issues was memorable. He proposed ways to proceed that I did know existed, but made sense immediately.

I was treated like an imposition, I feel that I was judged harshly instantly and that Mr Mansi thought I was being dramatic. He was unable to assist me in communicating my seizure experience and reported to administrators that I had broken the mutual care agreement despite his attitude towards me wholly dismissive. In the midst of seizure aura communication is very difficult and he was unable to help me at all then furthered my anxiety by ensuring I would get another phone call wherein I was not heard and not helped.
