From the friendly receptionist and check out lady Erica, to the welcoming nurses, to the extremely caring and compassionate Samatha Doucette, APRN, I always feel respected and never anxious at my appointments. The Quest Blood Drawer Does The Best. The disappointment was when I was taken to the choosen exam room, to the right, all the light hearted decorations that were in the hall way, greeting me and patients were all removed. Pity, for seeing them would relax my body and I would mentally feel better. Good Health is a combination of what your mind sees, your body feels. It was such a personal human display for the betterment of patients and Co workers. It would make the gray walls friendly.

My first appointment with Samantha Doucette APRN was a thorough accounting of my health. I did not feel rushed in any way, and I felt she was very thorough as she referred me to other specialty doctors I need since I'm new to Connecticut. She has a very pleasing personality, and I did not feel rushed. She is a keeper!

Dr. Scarles is a tough act to follow, but Samantha showed me how thorough and efficient she can be in filling his shoes.
