The experience was great with the office personnel. The only complaints were with Hartford health care. I called to talk directly to the Dr. Office people. I got the Hartford health people. When I tried to be transferred to the Dr. Staff, he told me he would have them call me. But the staff only has my home phone number. I was at work. This fool could not understand that a call to my home phone would not reach me. I finally got so frustrated dealing with a moron I left work, drove to the doctors office to get the doctor to process a order for a blood test. Which she did and I had the bloodwork performed within an hour.

Outstanding Service! Called at check-in time. From Samantha at the main desk to Liz who reviewed all records, and then Sheri who came almost immediately and gave me the exam. Very professional, yet a personal feeling. Kind of like a reunion. A real pleasure to be with these people.
