Overview
The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Administrative Graduate Internship is a 10-12 week comprehensive paid position starting in June. Interns report directly to a member of the HHC Leadership Team, gaining exposure to the roles and responsibilities of a healthcare administrator.
This project-based internship provides the opportunity to work closely with functional leaders on departmental projects and system-level assignments. Interns will have many opportunities to meet other functional leaders in areas such as human resources, health equity, quality, operations, lean, innovation, informatics, employee wellness, strategic planning and business development, marketing and finance.
