The Hartford HealthCare Independent Physician Insurance Program provides medical malpractice coverage at competitive rates for Connecticut-licensed physicians with active medical staff privileges at any Hartford HealthCare partner provider organization.

Please note that this submission must include a loss run from the previous insurer for the previous five (5) years of coverage.
Completed applications and a five (5) year claim history should be submitted electronically to Sharon.L.Daust-Deleeuw@marsh.com at least 2 weeks before coverage is desired. The policy period is from January 1st through December 31st each year, however, applicants can be added to the coverage throughout the policy year.
