  • Gynecological Cancer GOG 3012

Niraparib is a drug used to treat ovarian cancer that came back and then shrank following platinum-based chemotherapy. • Gynecologic Cancer NRG GY005 - Cediranib Maleate and Olaparib or Standard Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Recurrent Platinum-Resistant or -Refractory Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer

This randomized phase II/III trial (Phase II: The drug or treatment is given to a larger group of people to see if it is effective and to further evaluate its safety. Phase III: The drug or treatment is given to large groups of people to confirm its effectiveness, monitor side effects, compare it to commonly used treatments, and collect information that will allow the drug or treatment to be used safely) studies how well cediranib maleate and olaparib work when given together or separately, and compares them to standard chemotherapy in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has returned after receiving chemotherapy with drugs that contain platinum (platinum-resistant) or continued to grow while being treated with platinum-based chemotherapy drugs (platinum-refractory).

  • Prostate Cancer MSK 17-259

This is a phase 3 randomized study of Atezolizumab in combination with Enzalutamide versus Enzalutamide alone in patients with Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer after failure of androgen syntheses inhibitor and failure of, ineligibility for, or refusal of a taxane regimen.

  • Brain Tumor MSK 17-261

A Phase II Study of Abemaciclib in Patients with Recurrent Brain Tumors.

  • Breast Cancer A011202

This randomized phase III trial studies axillary lymph node dissection to see how well it works compared to axillary radiation therapy in treating patients with node-positive breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery.

  • Gynecologic Cancer NRG GY008

This phase II (Phase II: The drug or treatment is given to a larger group of people to see if it is effective and to further evaluate its safety) trial studies how well Copanlisib works in treating patients with endometrial cancer that has not decreased or disappeared, and the cancer may still be in the body despite treatment (persistent) or has come back (recurrent).

  • Head and Neck Cancer CA209-9TM
