Our pharmacy liaisons assist with insurance and billing issues. They can also identify financial assistance to help pay for your mediations including manufacturer programs, foundations, trusts and state-specific programs.

Getting Your Medications
We make it easy for you to get your medications. You can pick up your medications at our location on the Hartford Hospital campus, or we can deliver them to your home or to the office where you are seeing your physician.
Pickup
The Hartford HealthCare Community Pharmacy Program works with you to provide fast and convenient pickup of your medications. Simply let us know that you would like to pick up your medications at our pharmacy and we will get your prescription ready.
If you are being discharged from the hospital or seeing your physician, let our staff know and we can arrange delivery to you before leaving the hospital. You can reach us at 1.844.972.7070.
Delivery
If you prefer delivery services, we’ll ensure a safe and timely delivery of your medications. We verify your shipping address each time we call you for a refill to ensure we have accurate and complete information. If you have a change to any of your shipping information or would like us to send your medications to a different location, call us and we will update your information. In some cases, you or a designee may need to be available to accept the delivery.

Our mail service option makes life easier for you by providing a convenient way to receive the medicines you take regularly.
