Functional Fitness

Mon/Wed 3:30-4:30pm

  • Low impact exercises
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Active isolated stretching
  • Foam roller
  • Mobility & flexibility

Fitness Stuff!

Buff Bones®

Mon/Wed 2-3pm

  • Strengthen bones
  • Improve balance and posture
  • Safe program for people with osteoporosis and arthritis

Tai Chi/QiGong

Mon/Wed 12:15-1pm

  • Reduce pain & stiffness
  • Increase muscle strength, balance, and coordination
  • Speed healing from injuries or surgery

Over 60 Weight Training

Mon/Wed 11am-12pm

  • Building muscular strength, endurance & flexibility throughout the whole body
  • Resistance training will utilize light weights, bands, kettlebell & bodyweight movements
  • Movement-based exercises will focus on squat, lunge, upper body push & upper body pull variations

Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster TM

  • Allows individuals to start the healing process by decreasing anxiety and developing more positive attitude before, during and after surgery.
